INTRODUCING… THERMOTECH®BURN TRANSFORMATION COACH, STEVE HAWKINS.
We asked Steve to define his take on personal training, being a transformation coach and what it means to him as a trainer that has been in the game for several years. Before hand he explained to us that this is something of a lifestyle and that if your are not living it, you will not be it.
Coach Steve says, “If you got into personal training for the money your wasting your time, I’m not saying you wont make money doing it, but you don’t start off killing it from the get go, it takes time to find your feet and when you start off you never know what type of trainer you want to be.
What I have found over the years is that you need to ask yourself why you wanted to become a personal trainer and who inspired you at that time? Who did you look up to when you started off? By answering those questions, you will be able to find the answers a little faster.
Looking back, I can remember the people who I looked up to, those people are some of my best friends today and in a way they helped shape me into the trainer I am now.
The easiest way to explain my passion for personal training is that, I love what I do and I want people to see it. And not only in the way I do my job, but also in the way I live my life. Fitness is not just a career it’s a lifestyle and once you realise that, you will end up changing lives in a way you could never imagine.
Aspire to inspire, it’s a great industry, make sure to leave your mark!”
