  1. This was my first time purchasing creatine and the label gives so much information on how much to consume and when to consume it. I also love how it also gives information about how to consume creatine when you’re in your loading phase and when you’re out of it. This has also helped me see results in my physique as well as strength.

    I’d highly recommend this product for someone who wants to start taking creatine and anyone else really.

  2. Love this Creatine, it has helped me see results in a short period of time and has motivated me to continue to work hard. It has also helped with my journey of progressive overload training. Also, don’t be like and not take the ‘stay hydrated’ recommendation seriously when taking Creatine, as soon as you feel thirsty at all make sure you hydrate yourself immediately, otherwise you’ll be fainting all over the place lol .
