What I love most about your shake is that it taste and smell amazing, but a little bit sweet for me since I hardly take sugar at all. Hence I would definately love to try more of your low Calorie Diet meal Replacement,do you have any Vegan one? Super Tasty Way to Add Calories to Your Day - Hulk Gainer Box

I was trying to find a way to easily add calories to my day without having to eat more food as I really do not have time to eat more. I have found that in this product. I have found that having 1.5 scoops at a time (400 calories) twice a day is enough calories for my purpose, as an extra 800 calories a day is perfect for me.

One suggestion I have is to increase the amount of protein per serving (3 scoops) to 45g instead of 30 as that would greatly assist the amount of protein received when splitting servings. That would give 22.5g protein and 412 calories per 1.5scoops which I think is a good ratio for a “Meal”.

Other than that, Nutritech is and always will be my company of choice,

Great Product For Anytime Use

I switched to the Plant Based Protein a few years ago but personally I felt like it was not giving me everything I needed. The reason for the switch was that pure whey used to give me some bloating, gas and variable stomach issues. Then I came across this multi source protein and decided to give it a try.

What a great decision as this product gives you everything you need from Protein and I have no bloating or any of the previous stomach issues experienced with single source whey protein. And the taste is amazing, even with just water or even a almond milk / water mix you get a super tasting shake that makes you feel satisfied on the tongue and in the belly 🙂

Glutamine Saved My Stomach

This Glutamine saved my stomach and that is without exaggeration. I have been eating a mostly plant based diet for a over 5years (I am currently 51 yrs old, 86kgs, 11% bodyfat). About 3 years ago I was having stomach issues, reflux, bloating etc. I went for scopes and I had gastritis. Went on a PPI and my gastritis mostly cleared up after about a year. I still had symptoms like burning stomach, reflux and sometimes nausea when eating spicy food or drinking coffee etc. I did some research and found I was lacking Glutamine and I found that Glutamine is essential for stomach lining replacement (which our body does every 7 days). I started using Nutritech Glutamine and after about 4 5 months I was feeling so much better (5g in the morning and 5g in the early evening) I have additionally used 5g of creatine with both doses of Glutamine now and that has been working really well.

Went for a follow up scope after about 8 9 months after starting the Glutamine and the Gastric Surgeon said all is clear. I told him I had started using Glutamine and he said that is good news because that is what they give patients after they have had any stomach surgery to aid in recovery. So to this day I take my Nutritech Glutamine daily as above and can say that I will not stop any time soon.

Creatine Monohydrate - Perfect Product

I switched to a mostly plant based diet a few years ago and over time I felt like I was missing something and after I did some research I found that I was missing Creatine as well Glutamine in my diet. I ordered from Nutritech as I have been an advicate for Nutritech for many years and was already using Protein and other supplements from this brand.

I did not even use the loading phase recommended because I figured I can wait for the base to be created over time. Well without the loading phase, by day 6 I was getting insane pumps in the gym, my strength was increasing and my muscle bellies looked and felt fuller than they had been in years. For the last year or two before starting with this Creatine, I was keeping lean (around 9/10%) at age 50 but I was flat. I am now no longer flat looking, everything looks a lot fuller now and I am really happy to continue using this product.

Support local, forget about these massive international brands that sell you product that is mass produced, loaded full of sugars to make them taste like Milky Lane but are more filler and sugar than real product in my opinion.

Between my husband and I, we’ve been around the block of supplement brands, especially protein powders and a few other supplements. In general we love all ranges of Nutritech’s Whey proteins, but the Proven range is overall amazing. We love all the flavours, but our favourites are the Caramel Cream, Chocolate and Cookies and Cream. We use it in shakes, our breakfast oats or with yoghurt and I often bake us some protein snacks and it has amazing flavour, no matter how you use it. It’s protein, to carb to sugars breakdown is also honestly the best on the market. It’s cost effective, making it awesome value for it’s money and it’s also really tasty — it just never disappoints.

I downloaded the transformation diet plan and follow the exercises there also helpful that the instructions on how to take the products are included. But i wpuld suggest that you can also include a brief video of the exercises mentioned on the plan, because like me some i did not know what they are. I had to ho google most of them. So including just a short examplary video would be convenient. Other than that, loving and enjoying the products. And most importantly they are working, within a week of using i lost weigh…saw changes in my body, adding 80% good nutrition and of course implementing 20% exercise.‍♂️‍♀️

Energy! Gainz! Long Lasting Pump

Since I started using this juice (how I refer to it) before my workouts I’ve noticed my pumps lasting much longer. Without it I noticeably feel weaker though it isn’t the case. It’s just the energy boost I get from it that really makes a HUGE difference!
