THE SCIENCE
The science is weighing in and it shows that protein blends are the way of the future.
We only need a certain percentage of fast digesting proteins to kickstart protein synthesis, after the initial spike it is up to the medium and slow digesting proteins to continue protein synthesis allowing us to maximise muscle recovery, growth, strength gains and overall nutrition.
PROVEN NT PROTEIN makes use of a precise blend of fast digesting proteins such as whey protein isolates and concentrates, medium digesting proteins such as pea and rice isolates and the slow digesting protein, calcium caseinate to maximise protein synthesis and ensure muscle protein retention levels remain elevated for longer.
PROVEN NT PROTEIN works extremely well as the ultimate post-workout recovery shake, but is also perfect for between meals or as a before bedtime snack, loaded with 22 grams of protein per serving to help build muscle and complimented with 4.3 grams of naturally occurring Branch Chain Amino Acids to support recovery.

Literally one of the best flavours I’ve ever had! Wish the protein was a bit higher, but the flavour is DEFINITELY worth it!! The Proven whey also adds a thicker consistency to anything you make it with and almost represents a a thick milkshake consistency if made with smoothies etc.

I am a big fan of Nutritech products as I know that I will get the results that are promised by the brand. I am an endurance athlete that needs a palatable and easily digestible source of protein. Proven Protein ticks all of those boxes. And the product is very affordable. I also love the promotions that are often available online.

The product itself is a bit sweet and gets some getting used to with polarised responses with various people either complaining about the sweetness and others that just choose another flavour.
For the price and value I would recommend trying through all the flavours first in order to really make up your mind before your dislike it.
Try and mixing it with something else like porridge or add fruits..try the best ways to make it work for you.

Between my husband and I, we’ve been around the block of supplement brands, especially protein powders and a few other supplements. In general we love all ranges of Nutritech’s Whey proteins, but the Proven range is overall amazing. We love all the flavours, but our favourites are the Caramel Cream, Chocolate and Cookies and Cream. We use it in shakes, our breakfast oats or with yoghurt and I often bake us some protein snacks and it has amazing flavour, no matter how you use it. It’s protein, to carb to sugars breakdown is also honestly the best on the market. It’s cost effective, making it awesome value for it’s money and it’s also really tasty — it just never disappoints.

I switched to the Plant Based Protein a few years ago but personally I felt like it was not giving me everything I needed. The reason for the switch was that pure whey used to give me some bloating, gas and variable stomach issues. Then I came across this multi source protein and decided to give it a try.
What a great decision as this product gives you everything you need from Protein and I have no bloating or any of the previous stomach issues experienced with single source whey protein. And the taste is amazing, even with just water or even a almond milk / water mix you get a super tasting shake that makes you feel satisfied on the tongue and in the belly 🙂
