This was my first time purchasing creatine and the label gives so much information on how much to consume and when to consume it. I also love how it also gives information about how to consume creatine when you’re in your loading phase and when you’re out of it. Also, don’t be like and not take the ‘stay hydrated’ recommendation seriously when taking Creatine, as soon as you feel thirsty at all make sure you hydrate yourself immediately, otherwise you’ll be fainting all over the place lol .
