Change your fitness philosophy; training should be fun!⁠
Set yourself clear goals, train regularly, work out when you're at your strongest and above all keep it enjoyable. It sounds so simple but it’s really important because many individuals can end up hating their training, stopping and as a result falling short of their end goal. That doesn’t mean you won't get tired, or that some days you won't want to lie under the duvet all day, but in the end, without doubt if you love your training, you will be successful in achieving your end goal.⁠

Here are some simple ways to stay motivated:⁠
1. Train with other people. This will keep you accountable and on track.⁠
2. Know your own body and mentality. For example, save your hardest sessions for the evenings, around 6pm, because by then you've had a few meals and your body feels at its strongest.⁠
3. Get the right balance between keeping a routine and staying flexible. If you can't train tomorrow morning, try fit a session in in the afternoon, it’s far better to be flexible than to panic or beat yourself up.⁠
4. To improve and enjoy your fitness, train consistently. It’s better to do regular training all year round than to squeeze it all in to try and get that
