We only need a certain percentage of fast digesting proteins to kickstart protein synthesis, after the initial spike it is up to the medium and slow digesting proteins to continue protein synthesis allowing us to maximise muscle recovery, growth, strength gains and overall nutrition.
PROVEN NT PROTEIN makes use of a precise blend of fast digesting proteins such as whey protein isolates and concentrates, medium digesting proteins such as pea and rice isolates and the slow digesting protein, calcium caseinate to maximise protein synthesis and ensure muscle protein retention levels remain elevated for longer.

The Proven NT PROTEIN cookies n cream is my morning and evening desert! The taste is fantastic, and the powder mixes easily. It doesnt matter if you use water or milk to mix it doesnt take anything away from the taste.
It doesnt make one’s belly feel heavy. Makes you feel fuller for longer due to the slow release properties of the product. I specifically love the speedy recovery the protien powder provides. My energy levels has increased dramatically over the last few weeks of taking the product.
