I’ve been super chuffed with Nutritech’s Creatine Monohydrate. Unlike others that I’ve purchased in the past, theirs is actually micronized, and you can see it. Mixes really well, no grainy taste and being the most studied variant of creatine, its a supplement you can truly trust. Always better to buy the bigger tub instead of the smaller 300g version, but either way – make sure you have this as part of your stack.

I switched to a mostly plant based diet a few years ago and over time I felt like I was missing something and after I did some research I found that I was missing Creatine as well Glutamine in my diet. I ordered from Nutritech as I have been an advicate for Nutritech for many years and was already using Protein and other supplements from this brand.
I did not even use the loading phase recommended because I figured I can wait for the base to be created over time. Well without the loading phase, by day 6 I was getting insane pumps in the gym, my strength was increasing and my muscle bellies looked and felt fuller than they had been in years. For the last year or two before starting with this Creatine, I was keeping lean (around 9/10%) at age 50 but I was flat.
