-Coconut oil to fry
Protein sauce
-Add hot water to a serving of Premium Whey Protein (Cookies and cream Flavour) until you achieve a thick, creamy consistency.
RECIPE:
-Mix all dry ingredients into a baking bowl and mix with a baking spoon.
-Add in wet ingredients and blend until smooth.
-Add in chocolate chips and mix.
-Cook on a low heat and add in coconut oil.
-Then add in the mixture and fry until a golden brown colour.
-In between each flapjack either add desiccated coconut, cinnamon, honey, peanut butter – creating the most delicious flapjack stack.
-Top with desiccated coconut and Cookies and Cream whey protein sauce.
