– 1/2 cup of water

– 1/2 cup of soya milk/ almond

– 1 tsp. of coffee

– 1 tsp. of vanilla essence

– sprinkled cinnamon

– 1 scoop of Premium Whey Protein (Cookies and Cream Flavour)

– 1 frozen banana
