Directions
HOW TO TAKE
Mix 3 scoops (approx. 45g) with 300-400 ml of water in a THERMOTECH® shaker. Shake thoroughly and drink in place of or between meals. Take 1-3 servings per day, or as required to satisfy your daily meal or snack needs.
Mix 2 scoops with 200 ml of water
Take 1-3 times a day
Take one serving after your workout.

I purchased the Weight loss Pack. I have lost 3 kgs the first week taking the supplements and Shakes as directed. first week without any exercise. Shake tastes great and keeps me full. Added Banana to the shakes to keep me full for longer

Good product, but the change in recipe is not great. It tastes maize-like, and is quite thick. I’d prefer something more smooth and thinner.
