FILLING:

-1/2 cup of Premium Whey Protein (Strawberry Flavour)

-2 tbsp. of coconut flour

-1/4 cup of strawberries, mashed

 

COATING:

-1 tbsp. of coconut oil, melted

-1 tsp. of cocoa powder

-1 tbsp. of honey

 

RECIPE:

-Place coconut flour and whey protein in a bowl and mix well.

-Add in the mashed strawberries and mix well with a spoon. If mixture is too sticky add in more coconut flour and if too dry add in more strawberries.

-Form into balls and place on baking sheet on a tray.

-Then place in freezer for 2-3 hours.

-For the coating, mix all ingredients together and using a fork dip each ball into the coating mixture and place pack onto baking sheet.

-Refrigerate again until you want to try them out.
