Mix 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) of CREAM OF RICE with 200 ml of cold water. Microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, or until the desired consistency, stirring every 30 seconds.
STOVETOP INSTRUCTONS
Mix 50 g (±2 heaped scoops) of CREAM OF RICE with 200 ml of cold water in a pot over high heat. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes, or until reaching the desired consistency.
COMPLETE MEAL
To enjoy CREAM OF RICE with added protein, mix one full serving of any NUTRITECH protein after CREAM OF RICE has been made. For added crunch and decadence, stir in a handful of walnuts, a dollop of honey and a generous helping of fresh blueberries.
