We only need a certain percentage of fast digesting proteins to kickstart protein synthesis, after the initial spike it is up to the medium and slow digesting proteins to continue protein synthesis allowing us to maximise muscle recovery, growth, strength gains and overall nutrition.
The new HULK GAINER makes use of the PROVEN PROTEIN blend of fast digesting proteins such as whey protein isolates and concentrates, medium digesting proteins such as pea and rice isolates and the slow digesting protein, calcium caseinate to maximise protein synthesis and ensure muscle protein retention levels remain elevated for longer.
HULK GAINER is an extremely versatile protein and carbohydrate shake. To use HULK to its full potential as an anabolic muscle builder, use 3 scoops (825 calories: 30g protein, 165g carbs, 5g fat) after your workout to build muscle and strength. HULK GAINER has also been designed to be used as a meal replacement at 2 scoops (550 calories: 20g protein, 110g carbs, 3g fat) or as a snack replacement between meals at 1 scoop (275 calories: 10g protein, 55g carbs, 1,6g fat).
