Mix 1 scoop (approx. 8g) with 250ml of water in a NUTRITECH® shaker. Shake thoroughly and drink 20 to 30 minutes prior to workout, on an empty stomach.

In terms of being a pre-workout this is EXCELLENT! It does what it says it will do. My only qualms with it is it’s taste. It tastes very medicinal. I wish the taste was a little less harsh and easy to swallow. I have to psych myself up before drinking it.

The first time I used the Nuke Original, the taste was welcoming. Not too strong in flavor just perfect. Though if u want it stronger use less water, but not needed. The product has an easy step-by-step guide and dissolves easily. No funny after tastes and NO CRASHING afterwards.
I found my mental focus and mind muscle connection is much stronger. I manage to push through moments of weakness more than ever before. Perfect wake up call when u dont feel like training. Gets the engine going faster than u think!

This is a little motivational couch on the side. Its gives that boost and energy to get started with your workout, it gets rid of any fatigue you might have had and a get out of jail card that we so often use, exhaustion, not to exercise.
