If you don’t want the caffeine or are on those meds that are antidepressants and ADHD meds and want to avoid the stims, then this is an excellent alternative that will give that addictive tingling sensation and help with the blood flow when your anxiety hitting your body. Sometimes use it when I’m feeling tired and need more of a boost. It helps get that blood going and the muscles working. I’m a preworkout hoarder and love to try all of them and this is still unmatched it what it delivers. The tingle sensations are better that other brands for the value.
